·空间的剧场属性 地铁站是城市重要的一个空间节点，人们通过地下、地面的空间转换，从家出发到达工作地点，到达社交场所，到达消费空间，都市人一天的开始和结束都会跟这里发生关系，是起点与终点之间最佳的链接，这个链接点就像一个剧场，在不断地发生故事。 ·空间的叙事定义 我们定义这个空间，它不只是一个经过性的交通节点，应该赋予它叙事性和更加丰富的表情，除了在地性表达之外，还有人与人、人与场景不同的链接和碰撞，产生新的故事、新的都市文化。 ·灵感 设计灵感来自闽南红砖厝印象，以当代性和戏剧性手法，把在地元素转换成海湾的特征，因此有了连绵不断的波浪、红色激流的形态。 ·材料 使用的材料既非天然的石材也不是传统的古厝红砖，而是一种新型的红色清水板。色彩经过特别调制，通过清水板的演绎，兼具当代感和在地性，形式和造型语言以最简洁的方式呈现。
