如恩以Homi Bhabha的“第三空间”理论为灵感，对坐落于香港恒基大厦19层的Aeonea办公空间进行了全新演绎。设计模糊了工作、居所与社群的界限，通过三重空间元素展开：一座嵌入式房屋结构，内部承载相对私密的功能；一处作为协作场所的中央庭院；以及由回收砖围合而成的“花园”，提供休憩与共享的场所。这种布局激发了自发性的交流与互动，也营造出空间归属感，将使用者置于空间叙事的中心。最终呈现出流动而统一的环境，既突破了传统办公室的固有模式，又在效率与人文关怀之间寻得平衡。
Perched on the 19th floor of Hong Kong's Henderson Tower, Neri&Hu reimagines the office through Homi Bhabha theoretical idea of a "third space." Blurring boundaries between work, home, and community, the design is organized into three elements: a house-like structure with enclosed rooms, a central courtyard for collaboration, and a reclaimed brick "garden" with lounges and communal tables. This layout fosters spontaneous interaction and a sense of belonging, placing people at its core. The result is a fluid, cohesive environment that challenges conventional offices, prioritizing both productivity and human connection.
