BEGL 位于上海西岸 GATE M Mall，设计灵感源自周边充满活力的艺术氛围。空间融合原始质感与精致细节，既体现都市能量，又呼应艺术区的文化底蕴。店外露台绿植环绕，花园般的氛围与欧式棚架相映成趣，为顾客提供休憩之所。进入店内，一张长木桌与中央橄榄树成为视觉焦点，强化社区感与归属感。米色石材与裸露混凝土地面相互交融，营造出精致与质朴并存的氛围。顺应空间不规则形态的多功能长台面与开放式贝果展示台，呈现透明而沉浸的烘焙体验；后方咖啡吧与开放式厨房延续流动感。设计中保留了咖啡台上方的混凝土块与复杂的原始天花结构，赋予空间独特的个性与真实感。沿墙舒适私密的座位与临窗长桌强化室内外的联系，顾客可一边用餐，一边感受城市景观。整体设计强调对比：原始与精致、室内与室外、都市与自然，在张力与平衡中展现出艺术区精神，创造出沉浸式现代烘焙体验。
BEGL West Bund, reflects the area’s artistic spirit by merging raw materials with refined details. A garden-like terrace with greenery and a European pergola offers retreat within the city. Inside, a long wooden table with an olive tree anchors the space, fostering community. Beige stone blends with raw concrete flooring, while multifunctional counters follow the irregular layout. Bagels are openly displayed, extending transparency from the open kitchen to the coffee bar. Exposed concrete blocks and ceiling structures add authenticity, while private seating and window-side tables connect indoors with the cityscape. The design embraces contrasts—raw vs. refined, urban vs. natural—capturing the vibrant energy of a modern bakery.
