本案坐落于广州越秀老城闹市之中，业主是一位对经典旋律怀有深厚情感的资深HIFI发烧友。项目旨在突破传统老宅的格局限制，打造一座兼具专业声学性能与天然美学品质的"精神居所"。 设计以"家庭音乐厅"为核心空间，巧妙串联各功能区域。既消除了传统冗长的过道浪费，又实现了从公共区域到私密空间的自然过渡。 为精准还原HIFI声场环境，我们特别模拟专业音乐厅的声学形制，采用阶梯式天花板造型结合墙角低频陷阱的设计，优化声波传播路径。在材料选择上，优选对声音表现更为优异的天然木材与专业吸音材料。并且所有饰面均采用传统干挂安装工艺，完全摒弃工业化快速粘贴方式。这种可拆卸的构造方式不仅便于后期维护更新，更形成了一个能够"呼吸"的声学容器。天然木材的细微孔隙与专业声学材料的精准配比，共同营造出温暖而逼真的音场效果。 构建是空间的骨骼，声音是空间的灵魂。通过将传统工艺与现代声学科技相融合，让音乐、自然与生活在此和谐共鸣。
This Guangzhou residence for a classical music enthusiast rethinks a heritage home’s limits, turning it into an acoustic and aesthetic retreat.Centered on a “home concert hall,” the design merges zones smoothly, removing wasteful corridors and easing movement between social and private spaces.For true Hi-Fi sound, the architecture draws from concert hall principles: a stepped ceiling and corner bass traps guide waves. Natural wood and specialized absorbers were chosen for sonic merit. All finishes use traditional dry-hung methods—no industrial adhesives—forming a breathable, demountable acoustic shell. Wood porosity and tuned surfaces combine for a warm, immersive sound.
