玉湖美术馆坐落于杭州玉湖之畔，以中国古代玉礼器“玉璧礼天”为设计灵感。建筑整体呈双环结构，展现出对古老良渚文明与京杭大运河深厚文化底蕴的致敬。 美术馆采用钢桁架结构，营造出“反重力”的悬浮效果。流畅的双环轮廓围合出充满动感的庭院空间，巧妙呼应“天圆地方”的设计理念。连续的展览动线贯穿各功能区域，构建出完整、动态的空间体验。自然采光是设计的核心，半透明的“翠玉玻璃”幕墙将玉石的温润与水晶的通透感完美融合，营造出光影交融、柔和均匀的空间氛围。 建筑基座经过整体抬升设计，形成可自由穿行的开放灰空间，既延续了城市步行系统的连续性，又为公众提供了休闲与文化活动场所。西侧的超大开放广场与起伏有致的屋顶轮廓，已成为城市的新地标。通过现代设计语言对良渚文化符号进行转译，玉湖美术馆实现了历史与城市发展的有机共生。它不仅是当代艺术的展陈空间，更是社区文化与社交的多元场域，为城市注入独特的文化活力与精神内核。
Located in Hangzhou City, Yohoo Lake, the Yohoo Museum reimagines Hangzhou's cultural identity through a double-ring structure inspired by ancient jade rituals. The two interlocking rings embodied the artistic fusion of the ancient Liangzhu civilisation and the Beijing Hangzhou Grand Canal. The building's steel frame creates a floating illusion that seems to defy gravity, creating interactive spaces for public enrichment. The aim is to create a vibrant public realm for the local community, offering leisure spaces, panoramic lake views, and social hubs. The building is enclosed in translucent "emerald glass", blending crystal-like transparency with jade's warmth.
