上海徐汇区永福路上的梧桐树，就像一台时光机，清澈的阳光从枝桠间倾泻一地，在马路上肆意的画出水墨写意线条，漏下的是抓不住的岁月，折射出上海的品味与精致。在复兴路口，有栋仿古典式建筑，该幢四面临空沿街独立上下四层，临街大门两侧由挑高爱奥尼克柱式支撑。外立面红砖与花岗岩包裹的外衣下，复古的场景为新故事奠定结构，我们本着“修旧如旧”的特点，将人们对于老洋房的依恋与现代生活进行平衡，并以梅兰竹菊中国元素点缀其中，形成多元的外立面感受。 艺术雕花的大门、木质楼梯、特色地板等一些属于老洋房的标志性元素都被设计师巧妙地设计其中，同时注入属于这个时代的文化元素。艺术漆、法式壁炉、透着东方韵味的壁画，细节处那些悠久的历史和浓厚的法式风情在慢慢溢出。 一层完全开放，具备很强的社交属性，可在此交谈、会有、读书、音乐会、品鉴艺术家的画作。厚重复古木质扶梯盘旋而上，流动的曲率在延伸的空间中弥散，仿佛可以听见旧日式黑胶唱片机悠悠回转的声响，时而飘渺，时而真切。 二层以餐厨空间为主，可私宴、喝茶、休闲。用餐空间设计师巧用不同风格的艺术漆与木饰面做基调，既区分空间又连贯互通，使得双餐厅之间就得到了巧妙过渡与相互呼应。位于二层的几个相对独立的空间，根据主人各自的喜好和生活方式进行设计。温柔的暖色调（手工定制的椭圆形桌椅，法式壁炉，主人珍藏的艺术品•....所有的细节巧妙融合，让二层散发出独特的生命力，成为主人品味与审美的完美诠释。 三层定义成为私密使用空间，采用静雅的米色系营造宁静氛围，各个卧室有各自的主人属性。穹形玻璃顶结构下的主人睡卧空间，犹如置身于自然岩洞之内。私人露台花园内置、安静阅读或冥想，随心所欲。 在上海，老洋房的阳台总是承载着一种独特的静美。阳台被黑色铁艺环绕，粗粝与精致交织。
The wutong trees on Yongfu Road, Xuhui District, Shanghai, are like a time machine. The clear sunlight pours from the branches and paints freehand ink and brushwork lines on the road, leaking out the years that cannot be grasped, reflecting the taste and delicacy of Shanghai. At the Fuxing Intersection, there is a building of imitation classical style, which is empty on all sides and independent up and down four floors along the street, and the two sides of the street entrance are supported by high Ionic-style columns. Under the red brick and granite cladding of the facade, the retro scene lays the structure for the new story. With the characteristics of "restoring the old as the old", we balance people's attachment to the old bungalows with modern life, and embellish them with Chinese elements of plum, orchid, bamboo and chrysanthemum to form a diversified facade experience. Some iconic elements belonging to the old bungalows, such as artistically carved gates, wooden stairs, and characteristic floors, have been cleverly designed by the designer, while injecting cultural elements belonging to this era. Art paint, French fireplaces, murals with Oriental charm, the details of those long history and strong French style are slowly spilling out. The first floor is completely open, with a strong social nature, where you can talk, have meetings, read books, concerts, and appreciate artists' paintings. Heavy retro wooden escalators spiral up, the curvature of the flow is dispersed in the extended space, as if you can hear the sound of old Japanese vinyl record player, sometimes ethereal, sometimes real. The second floor is dominated by kitchen space, which can be used for private dinner, tea and leisure. Dining space designers skillfully use different styles of art paint and wood finishes to make the tone, both to distinguish the space and coherent intercommunication, so that the two restaurants have a clever transition and mutual echo. Several relatively independent Spaces on the second floor are designed according to the owner's preferences and lifestyle. Gentle warm colors (custom oval table and chairs, French fireplace, owner's collection of art •.... All the details are skillfully integrated, so that the second floor exudes a unique vitality, becoming the perfect interpretation of the owner's taste and aesthetic. The third floor is defined as a private use space, with a quiet beige color to create a peaceful atmosphere, and each bedroom has its own owner's attributes. The owner's sleeping space under the domed glass roof structure is like being inside a natural cave. Private terrace garden built in for quiet reading or meditation. In Shanghai, the balconies of old houses always carry a unique quiet beauty. The balcony is surrounded by black iron work, rough and fine.
