As one of the benchmark projects of luxury residences in the center of Hancheng City, Vanke Fairview Lakeside is located in the orthodox core of Hankou, and its top-ranking buildings rise up on Taipei Road, which is another witness to the prosperity of the city. Living near the lake and living towards the lake has been the poetic pursuit of ideal life since ancient times. In this case, ENJOYDESIGN has accurately captured the needs of the elite clientele and given more expression to the space from the perspectives of driving force, inner force and sense of happiness. The guest dining and kitchen areas are connected into a line to form a large open space for circulation, and the panoramic view is maximized through the large 270° floor-to-ceiling windows, folding the scenery of Grass Lake outside the windows into the home. The four mirrored living room columns create a powerful reflection effect, creating a new cognitive field, and the columns themselves are made into an art installation that gives the impression of “Zhuang Zhou dreaming of butterflies”. Residents can rest, check their hairstyles, take photos in front of the columns, and contemplate on reality and illusion, experiencing new perspectives on space.
