向域设计事务所在一家现代法式餐厅的室内设计中,使用了高饱和度、透明度和肌理感的材料。以简洁的空间比拟盛汤的碗,展现出如法式清汤一般的通透温度。为呈现出法式清汤的烹饪过程中去芙存菁,只留下那清澈而细腻、简约而不简单的特质。设计师使用高饱和度的色彩、半透明的材质诠释了清汤的颜色如何在盘中淡化和扩散的瞬间,力求完美般配法式澄清汤的通透与轻灵。
“总的来说我们在探索的是,在一个现代干净简洁的空间里,材料和材质就自身特性与运用手法之间产生的各种关系,例如 1.透明和叠加;2.透明和反射;3.模糊与扩散,4.渐变和扩散。"
该餐厅最革新的设计在于我们将吃面的场景搬入一个如同美术馆一样明亮时髦的空间,并且融合的很好。并且很好的同时将食物如同美术馆里的艺术品一样呈现在餐厅中。这样的用餐环境有别于传统的有点昏暗的用餐氛围,这是很大胆的革新。最难攻克的点是解决了餐厅的运营问题。餐厅通常必须是很务实流畅的服务流线,考虑到实际用餐中的不同座位:靠墙的,板前的,一个人来吃面的,几个朋友一起来吃面的。餐厅的室内材料也必须非常易于打理。
Atelier xy uses highly saturated, transparent and textured materials in the interior design of a modern French restaurant. The simplicity of the space is compared to a bowl of soup, revealing a translucent temperature like a consommé. To capture the essence of the French consommé, which involves the meticulous process of removing impurities to achieve a clear, refined, and subtly complex broth, the designer has employed high-saturation colors and translucent materials to illustrate how the consommé’s color dissipates and spreads in the dish. This approach aims to perfectly complement the translucence and delicacy of the French consommé, creating a harmonious and ethereal visual experience.
Generally, we are exploring the relationship between materials and textures in terms of their own characteristics and the way they are used in a modern clean and minimalist space.
