以鉴别中兴路一号内涵的审美力和鉴赏力为标尺，找寻能够识别技术美、数学美、生活与艺术之美的，拒绝随流、坚持自己的财智精英，并在审美价值上建立沟通的桥梁，通过生活方式的构建予以实现。当这种语言呈现之时，熟悉它的人将会迅速地将其辨认，与之对话。换成当下的数字化语境，设计师是把“生活的艺术”这个编码，放进一个能运行它的“机器”里，这个“机器”，叫做“居住”。设计对功能的介入，决定着生活方式的展现层次。设计师通过对人群的精细辨别和洞察，以时下的生活方式为锚点，重新梳理功能场景，完成了平面的改动。通过置入行为和习惯作为“条件”，求得功能性与舒适性的最优“解”。设计介入空间之后，对生活提出具有新视角的“信息”和“提示”，行为便具有了明确的指向性：餐厅是新的“社交中心”，也是工作、学习的场所，而客厅则用于小酌和独处。超大尺度的长桌，通过物件的陈设，俨然已经打造了一个新的图景。材质和色彩的围合，也为空间形成了“软区隔”，更像是一个独立工作室的存在。延续空间的简洁利落，色调以浅色系为主，局部充满戏剧张力的红色让氛围变得活跃，形成整体空间的记忆点。朴实的材质和色调在空间的亲密感中发挥着重要作用，单一色调通过材质层次舒缓了实则剧烈的审美表达。温暖的材料被考虑在内，例如带有原始肌理的木材、麂皮、亚麻织物、烟熏金属以及手工陶瓷。茶几的不规则切面，带来粗糙的肌理，成为平静空间之中的暗涌。挂在墙面上的画作成为这个居所的私属艺廊，巧妙地将客厅与卧室联结在了一起。
Whether one has the ability to aesthetically appreciate the essence of Oriental One is a benchmark, and we are using this benchmark to find the elites in both wealth and wisdom, those who can tell the beauty of technology, mathematics, life and art, and those who won’t blindly follow the trend but stick to what they truly pursue. Furthermore, we bridge the gap of communication in terms of aesthetics value and realize it through forming lifestyles. When such language shows up, people who are familiar with it will notice immediately and come into a dialogue. If we put it under the current digitalized context, the designer is coding “the art of life” into a “machine” that is capable of running it, and this “machine”, we call it “living”. The design of the functions determines how the lifestyle unfolds. The designer delicately observes the crowds with insights. While taking the modern lifestyle into consideration, the functions are combed through from a brand new perspective, before the final modification of the layout plans. By putting behaviors and habits as “conditions”, the optimal “solution” of functionality and comfort has been achieved. When it comes to space, the design understands the targeted purposes of behaviors by proposing “information” and “prompts” from the novel angle. The dining room becomes the new “social center”, which can also be used for work and study. The living room, however, is designed for some leisure drinking and “me” time. The super-long table, with the decorations and display, evidently form a new image. The enclosure formed by the materials in different colors “softly divides” the space, as if it is an independent studio. Consistent with the concise and sharp feel of the space, the place falls in the light color tone. Only some part of it is in the dramatic and eye-catching red, which surely brings brisk and energy to the atmosphere and is hard to forget. Intimacy of the space is expressed through the simple material and the color tone. The same color, while shown in different materials, turns out to sooth the actually strong expression. The materials are designed to give a warm feel, for example, the wood, chamois, Linen, smoked metal and handmade ceramics, etc, with the original texture. The irregular section of the tea table shows the rough texture, as if they are some deep sea currents beneath the peaceful space. The paintings on the wall, in the meantime, form the private art gallery of this place and connects the living room and the bedrooms in a subtle way.
