建筑的成立，根本在于空间的意义，而通过形式的操作来实现整体概念的具象化。内部空间与建筑外观站在“空”与 “有”的⻆度于设计初期便展开密切研讨。广泛的通透玻璃面设置将充满艺术氛围的内部世界牵引至表皮，内部空间逻辑强化了建筑表达，外部景观世界欣喜地发现自身得到了呼应，建筑艺术不再局限于空间的围合，动态的观念取代了静态的观念。 步入建筑，迎接我们的是一场典型的东方体验，“艺术展厅”奠定了整体一层的空间命题。 ⻔厅以精致客厅的面貌传达强烈的归属感，暗示出服务对象的性质。随着动线转折，将步调放缓，必经路径上不同的展示内容，沙盘、模型及其他艺术品甚至拾得物皆作为资源融入设计想象，在保持审美统一的前提下层层递进，为人们到达中心空间的高潮进行铺垫。建筑表皮垂直方向有韵律的吟唱于展厅空间内部得到了明确的响应，内外体量牢固结合。经过反复论证，于⻔厅中轴线方向增设“觉知亭”与其隔水相望，以一个“点”将空间构图锚固。 “觉知亭”四面石墙低垂，仅与水面相接处留有间隙。投身其中，喧闹世界于己无关，水面温柔如镜，投射一派清快。水天相接处独己一人，空空画境里满是自在。“觉知亭”用一种类似于挤压的方式完成了空间衍生，建立在简洁审美上的试验性设计提升了空间美感。 由柱体支撑顶地，立面开放的半空间限定，用于小恬或观景怡情的游园建筑。觉知亭，立面遮蔽，摒蔽一切复杂的外部世界，将视线收拢于水面与天空，观见内心，遇见自我… 如果将“觉知亭”理解为心灵层面的服务，那么负一层便与之展开了一种应和与互补的局面。 功能界面构图紧凑，以半围合姿态与下沉景观展开拥抱。在延续精致肌理的前提下，本层尝 试采用了大量类型的材料丰富空间体验，加入了更多明快的元素。代表富足、快乐的橙色被 注入行政酒廊、儿童游乐等区域，使气氛更加热情，充满活力。泳池墙面线条阵列，弱化外 墙，形成向外界景观的过渡，随即转折包裹至空间顶部，与水面平行呈流动态势。天光穿透 玻璃，经过水面、顶面层层折返，营造出白日梦一般的浪漫效果。 与⻢斯洛的需求层次模型相契合，在下部两层满足了归属、尊重等需求后，顶层承担了建筑 最终的自我实现。艺术展厅中心上空，橙色的休憩室以极其注目的方式出挑。作为建筑群体 意识的顶点，这颗跳动的“心脏”与屋面景观携手造就空间中枢，向四周辐射能量。气息上， 出于对空间⻆色的转变的适应，本次设计尝试通过细部构造、软装饰品的精细调整，塑造由 底部装饰感向顶部雕塑感的转变。 望樾府项目令人鼓舞地证明了清晰、统一建造概念所具有的力量。通过对构造、式 样、装饰、景观等细部的整合，实现了这种想象。我们相信这种方法论具备深远的进化空间，对于这一方向的坚持探求也将是毋庸置疑的。
From the early stage of the project, the interior and exterior of the building were discussed from the point of view of "emptiness" and "presence". Extensive windows pull the art-filled internal to external. The interior space strengthens the expression of architecture itself, and the exterior landscape echoed, as the art of architecture is no longer limited to the enclosure of space, and the dynamic concept replaces the static one. An oriental experience greets you when entering the building, “art showroom” is the theme of the first floor. The lobby conveys a strong sense of home in the form of an exquisite living room. In the corridor, sandboxes, models, other artworks and even random objects are all integrated into the design, maintaining aesthetic unity and leading people to the central space. “Juezhi Pavilion” was added in the direction of the central axis of the space, at the other side across the water, anchoring the spatial composition with a point. The stone walls on every side leave a gap only where it meets the water, giving people who stay there a tranquil atmosphere. Juezhi Pavilion extends space derived from an extrusion-like approach that purity and simplicity enhance the aesthetics of the space. Underground space is highly functional, embracing the sunken landscape in a semi-enclosed posture. While continuing the delicate texture, large numbers of different materials are applied to enrich the spatial experience in a more bright and joyful direction. Orange is integrated into the executive lounge and playing area for kids, adding energy to space. The walls of the pool with a line array weaken the vision of exterior walls, creating a transition to outside, but containing a romantic effect like daydreams inside with the help of daylight. Art gallery lies on the top floor, and the orange lounge stands out vividly. As the “heart” of the building, it cooperates with landscape to create an energetic space. From room to room, designer attempts to adopt detailed composition, fine-tuning of soft decorations, completing a transition from decorative bottom to a sculptural top.
